   • Found a command injection vulnerability in the Quantus mining installer, confirmed by the engineering lead; submitted a patch with 44 passing tests (PR #14).
   • Helped run q.day, the largest TOKEN2049 side event, with a waitlist of nearly 1,000; managed VIP room access for headline speakers including Balaji.
   • Built vc.fail: 28 of the top 100 VCs hold a quantum-related asset. Built exchange.fail: 841 of 947 exchanges list no post-quantum coins.

   • Sold eign.xyz to 4 B2B customers. Built the website diagnostic for lightmark.app.

   • Wrote a Python script, used by interns, that cut an Excel workflow from ~2 hours to ~2 minutes per run.
